Why Values?
You will learn: The Values in Focus seminar shows you how to create a life in which every minute can be inspiring and fulfilling. The first step is to identify what you find most meaningful – The Values in life that are most important to you. Once you understand your unique values and align your life accordingly, you can achieve fulfillment in every area of your life step by step. If you want to know yourself better and others, everything starts with values. What you put focus on it grows, that’s why we put focus on values this weekend.
How to work with Values?
You will learn; through practical exercises and learning by doing you will find out your top values and how to set them free into action. You will learn how to see, hear, and feel your values and others to match them for clarity – results, and better performance. Learning how to work with values and how values work is a deep transformation from outside-in thinking to inside-out living. Some Coaching techniques will help you help yourself and others.
What can we create with Values?
You will learn; How to implement and learn more about what you can do with your values. How all healthy relationships start and grow with values in focus. How to find and do your mission in life. Change or re-organize your top values. Break free from others’ impact on your values. Boost your life energy by setting your values free.
What are the power tools of ambassadors?
You will learn; Together in groups you will learn how to talk, present, and share your knowledge of values. With a new and deeper understanding of the power of values, you will be certified as a Value School International educator.

The event will take place in hotel Monika Centrum Hotels which is located in the cultural and historical centre of Riga, the capital of Latvia, encircled by one of Europe’s most eminent blocks of buildings in Art Nouveau style, which gathers the most distinguished elements of this architecture and lifestyle, the splendid Kronvalda Park, erected in late 19th century, with the decoratively arranged banks of Riga Canal and the rich array of trees and shrubs, the embassies of many countries, the ever-lively Port of Riga and the sports hub – Arena Riga.
Monika Centrum Hotels is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, in all of the rooms. It is free of charge for our guests. The hotel restaurant Sokrats boasts excellent fine-dining cuisine. It also lays out a sumptuous buffet breakfast.
